20th Anniversary Celebration!!!

We will celebrate our 20th Anniversary on Saturday, February 11, 2012!! We are excited to celebrate this milestone with YOU! We are inviting all members, parents, alumni, current and former staff, volunteers and donors to come and celebrate with us!

WHERE: Boys & Girls Club of Bloomington-Normal, 1615 W. Illinois St., Bloomington, IL 61701

WHEN: Saturday, February 11, 2012 - 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.

WHAT: Board member and DJ extraordinaire, TONY JONES, will be our guest DJ for the evening. We will have dancing, snacks and of course pictures! If you have a picture of your time at the Club, please e-mail them to Ms. Laura at boys.andgirlsclub@frontier.com, and we will include them in our slideshow!

We're hiring

We are currently taking applications for an Education Coordinator. Call Ms. Laura with questions or to apply.

Must have experience working with youth.
Must be available Monday - Friday from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Must have a current driver's license in good standing.
Must have experience teaching youth.
Please complete our Application for Employment and return it to the Club.
Please complete our Authorization for Background Check and return it to the Club.

Afterschool Program 2011 - 2012

Our Afterschool Program is currently full. If you would like to be put on our waiting list please call the Club. We will notify you if we have any availabilities.

2011 Youth of the Year

Jamie Valdez has been announced as the 2011 Youth of the Year for the Boys & Girls Club of Bloomington-Normal. Jamie is a freshman at Normal Community High School and has been a member of the Club for 1.5 years. Jamie competed in the state Youth of the Year Competition on April 1-2, 2011 in Chicago, IL.
